Welcome to Ttoys. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Ttoys website, online store, social-media ordering channels, and related services.

By accessing our website, placing an order, or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

1. About Ttoys

Ttoys is an Omani company and store specializing in educational and recreational toys, gifts, customized gifts, and special giveaways.

2. Eligibility to Place an Order

You must be at least 18 years old or have the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian to place an order.

By submitting an order, you confirm that the information you provide is complete, accurate, and current.

3. Products and Descriptions

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, colours, dimensions, age recommendations, prices, and availability are accurate.

However:

• Product colours may appear slightly different depending on the customer’s screen or device.
• Product packaging may change without prior notice.
• Handmade, customized, or personalized products may have minor variations.
• Images may include decorative items that are not included with the purchased product unless stated otherwise.

Customers should carefully review the product description, size, recommended age, included parts, safety information, and care instructions before placing an order.

4. Product Safety and Adult Supervision

Customers are responsible for selecting toys that are suitable for the child’s age, abilities, and intended use.

Children should use toys under appropriate adult supervision, particularly when a product:

• Contains small parts.
• Requires batteries or electrical components.
• Includes craft materials, liquids, magnets, strings, or moving parts.
• Requires assembly.
• Carries a specific age recommendation or safety warning.

Ttoys is not responsible for damage or injury caused by misuse, failure to follow the product instructions, lack of appropriate supervision, or use of a product by an unsuitable age group.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any responsibility that cannot legally be excluded under applicable Omani law.

5. Orders and Order Acceptance

After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation by website notification, SMS, WhatsApp, telephone, or another available communication method.

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your request but does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted.

Ttoys may reject or cancel an order when:

• The product is unavailable.
• The price or description contains an obvious error.
• Payment has not been completed or authorized.
• The delivery address is incomplete or outside the supported delivery area.
• The order appears fraudulent, abusive, or intended for unauthorized resale.
• We are unable to fulfil a customized order according to the requested specifications.

If payment has already been collected for an order that we cannot fulfil, the amount paid will be refunded through the original payment method whenever possible.

6. Prices and Payments

All prices are displayed in Omani Rials unless otherwise stated.

Applicable taxes, delivery fees, customization charges, and other costs will be displayed before the order is confirmed or communicated to the customer before payment.

Payment must be completed through one of the payment methods made available by Ttoys. Ttoys does not guarantee that every payment method will always be available.

Customers must not use a payment method without authorization from its lawful owner.

7. Customized and Personalized Orders

Customized products may include personalized gifts, printed items, name-based products, event giveaways, gift arrangements, custom colours, special packaging, or products prepared according to customer instructions.

Customers are responsible for checking all submitted information, including:

• Names and spelling.
• Dates and numbers.
• Colours and sizes.
• Quantities.
• Images, logos, and wording.
• Event details and delivery deadlines.

Production may begin once the design, details, and payment have been confirmed.

After production has started, customized orders generally cannot be changed or cancelled. Customized products cannot be returned merely because the customer changed their mind. This does not affect the customer’s rights where the product is defective, damaged, incorrectly prepared, or materially different from the confirmed specifications.

The customer confirms that they have permission to use any names, images, logos, trademarks, or other materials supplied to Ttoys for customization.

8. Delivery

Delivery dates and times are estimates unless Ttoys expressly confirms a guaranteed delivery arrangement.

Delivery may be affected by:

• Product availability.
• Production time for customized products.
• Courier schedules.
• The customer’s location.
• Public holidays.
• Weather, road conditions, or events outside our reasonable control.
• Incorrect or incomplete customer information.

Customers must provide a complete delivery address and a reachable phone number. Additional delivery charges may apply when an order must be delivered again because the customer was unavailable or provided incorrect information.

Customers should inspect the order as soon as it is received and contact Ttoys promptly if any product is missing, damaged, incorrect, or defective.

9. Order Changes and Cancellations

A standard order may be changed or cancelled before it has been prepared, dispatched, or handed to the delivery provider.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. Delivery and return costs may be deducted where permitted by law and where the product is not defective.

Customized or personalized orders cannot normally be cancelled after design approval, material preparation, printing, assembly, or production has begun.

Ttoys reserves the right to cancel an order that cannot be fulfilled. Any eligible payment already received will be refunded.

10. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotional offers and discount codes:

• Are valid only during the stated promotion period.
• May be limited to selected products or customers.
• Cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Cannot normally be combined unless stated otherwise.
• May be cancelled where they are used fraudulently or contrary to the promotion terms.

Ttoys may correct or withdraw a promotion containing an obvious error.

11. Returns and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Refund and Return Policy and applicable laws in the Sultanate of Oman.

Our Refund and Return Policy forms part of these Terms and Conditions.

12. Customer Conduct

Customers must not:

• Use the website or services for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or its systems.
• Upload viruses, malicious code, or harmful content.
• Submit false information or impersonate another person.
• Copy or commercially exploit website content without permission.
• Use threatening, offensive, or abusive language toward staff, couriers, or other customers.

Ttoys may restrict access to its services or reject orders where misuse or fraudulent activity is reasonably suspected.

13. Intellectual Property

The Ttoys name, branding, website design, product photographs, graphics, descriptions, text, promotional materials, and original content belong to Ttoys or are used with permission.

They may not be copied, modified, reproduced, distributed, published, or commercially used without prior written permission.

Third-party trademarks and product names remain the property of their respective owners.

14. Third-Party Services

Our services may involve third-party providers, including payment processors, delivery companies, website-hosting providers, analytics services, and social-media platforms.

Ttoys is not responsible for the independent content, availability, or privacy practices of third-party websites and services. Customers should review the applicable third-party terms and policies when using them.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ttoys will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from:

• Customer misuse of a product.
• Failure to follow warnings or instructions.
• Incorrect information supplied by the customer.
• Delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
• Unauthorized use of the customer’s account or payment method where Ttoys has taken reasonable security measures.

Nothing in these Terms limits a customer’s mandatory rights under Omani consumer protection laws or excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

16. Privacy

Personal information is collected and processed according to our Privacy Policy and applicable personal data protection requirements in Oman.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that certain information must be processed to confirm payment, prepare the order, arrange delivery, provide customer support, and comply with legal obligations.

17. Changes to These Terms

Ttoys may update these Terms and Conditions when necessary to reflect changes to our services, business operations, or legal obligations.

The revised version will be published with an updated revision date. Changes will not unfairly remove rights already attached to a confirmed order.

18. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman.

Any dispute should first be addressed by contacting Ttoys so that both parties can attempt to reach an appropriate resolution. Customers retain the right to contact the relevant consumer protection authority or competent courts in Oman.
