Eligibility to Place an Order<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-6d4300fa\">You must be at least 18 years old or have the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian to place an order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-c28f3c74\">By submitting an order, you confirm that the information you provide is complete, accurate, and current.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-17a6dd6a\">3. Product Safety and Adult Supervision<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-b4dbd979\">Customers are responsible for selecting toys that are suitable for the child\u2019s age, abilities, and intended use.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-01e9cbbb\">Children should use toys under appropriate adult supervision, particularly when a product:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Contains small parts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Requires batteries or electrical components.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Includes craft materials, liquids, magnets, strings, or moving parts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Requires assembly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Carries a specific age recommendation or safety warning.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-b2bcf8d8\">Ttoys is not responsible for damage or injury caused by misuse, failure to follow the product instructions, lack of appropriate supervision, or use of a product by an unsuitable age group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-7296b132\">Nothing in these Terms excludes any responsibility that cannot legally be excluded under applicable Omani law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-2c95dd50\">5. Orders and Order Acceptance<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-3a6ed766\">After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation by website notification, SMS, WhatsApp, telephone, or another available communication method.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-e1ff68f1\">An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your request but does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-1ec7ec5c\">Ttoys may reject or cancel an order when:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The product is unavailable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The price or description contains an obvious error.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Payment has not been completed or authorized.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The delivery address is incomplete or outside the supported delivery area.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The order appears fraudulent, abusive, or intended for unauthorized resale.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We are unable to fulfil a customized order according to the requested specifications.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-18406aeb\">If payment has already been collected for an order that we cannot fulfil, the amount paid will be refunded through the original payment method whenever possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-6f6a3bc5\">6. Prices and Payments<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-270fcc87\">All prices are displayed in Omani Rials unless otherwise stated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-bf685400\">Applicable taxes, delivery fees, customization charges, and other costs will be displayed before the order is confirmed or communicated to the customer before payment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-c284e802\">Payment must be completed through one of the payment methods made available by Ttoys. Ttoys does not guarantee that every payment method will always be available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-0093d818\">Customers must not use a payment method without authorization from its lawful owner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-66d59a0b\">7. Customized and Personalized Orders<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-486f93ac\">Customized products may include personalized gifts, printed items, name-based products, event giveaways, gift arrangements, custom colours, special packaging, or products prepared according to customer instructions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-7285d4fa\">Customers are responsible for checking all submitted information, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Names and spelling.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dates and numbers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Colours and sizes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quantities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Images, logos, and wording.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Event details and delivery deadlines.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-38c5fe84\">Production may begin once the design, details, and payment have been confirmed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-c90d850e\">After production has started, customized orders generally cannot be changed or cancelled. Customized products cannot be returned merely because the customer changed their mind. This does not affect the customer\u2019s rights where the product is defective, damaged, incorrectly prepared, or materially different from the confirmed specifications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-153606ba\">The customer confirms that they have permission to use any names, images, logos, trademarks, or other materials supplied to Ttoys for customization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-6fc85d05\">8. Delivery<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-9b67acbc\">Delivery dates and times are estimates unless Ttoys expressly confirms a guaranteed delivery arrangement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-ae83741c\">Delivery may be affected by:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Product availability.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Production time for customized products.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Courier schedules.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The customer\u2019s location.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Public holidays.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Weather, road conditions, or events outside our reasonable control.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Incorrect or incomplete customer information.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-895d5565\">Customers must provide a complete delivery address and a reachable phone number. Additional delivery charges may apply when an order must be delivered again because the customer was unavailable or provided incorrect information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-fdeae8db\">Customers should inspect the order as soon as it is received and contact Ttoys promptly if any product is missing, damaged, incorrect, or defective.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-56c8b538\">9. Order Changes and Cancellations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-587166c8\">A standard order may be changed or cancelled before it has been prepared, dispatched, or handed to the delivery provider.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-fc349c2c\">Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. Delivery and return costs may be deducted where permitted by law and where the product is not defective.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-2cc89094\">Customized or personalized orders cannot normally be cancelled after design approval, material preparation, printing, assembly, or production has begun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-23e0d5d1\">Ttoys reserves the right to cancel an order that cannot be fulfilled. Any eligible payment already received will be refunded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-f91645a7\">10. Promotions and Discount Codes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-8b6d54a5\">Promotional offers and discount codes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Are valid only during the stated promotion period.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>May be limited to selected products or customers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cannot be exchanged for cash.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cannot normally be combined unless stated otherwise.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>May be cancelled where they are used fraudulently or contrary to the promotion terms.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-6cb0d39e\">Ttoys may correct or withdraw a promotion containing an obvious error.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-806ef4ea\">11. Returns and Refunds<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-841a9544\">Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Refund and Return Policy and applicable laws in the Sultanate of Oman.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-1f4bfcb1\">Our Refund and Return Policy forms part of these Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-9f24b680\">12. Customer Conduct<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-e3870ce0\">Customers must not:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Use the website or services for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or its systems.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Upload viruses, malicious code, or harmful content.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Submit false information or impersonate another person.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Copy or commercially exploit website content without permission.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use threatening, offensive, or abusive language toward staff, couriers, or other customers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-226d899f\">Ttoys may restrict access to its services or reject orders where misuse or fraudulent activity is reasonably suspected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-fca857a2\">13. Limitation of Liability<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-78969ff0\">To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ttoys will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Customer misuse of a product.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Failure to follow warnings or instructions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Incorrect information supplied by the customer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Unauthorized use of the customer\u2019s account or payment method where Ttoys has taken reasonable security measures.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-b8588f60\">Nothing in these Terms limits a customer\u2019s mandatory rights under Omani consumer protection laws or excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-d89df293\">16. Privacy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-ca53bd4b\">Personal information is collected and processed according to our Privacy Policy and applicable personal data protection requirements in Oman.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-e85debbb\">By placing an order, you acknowledge that certain information must be processed to confirm payment, prepare the order, arrange delivery, provide customer support, and comply with legal obligations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-c002a6ed\">17.
